Flexible pipe, a part of car exhaust system installed between engine and muffler, is used to decrease noise and vibration from engine and absorb thermal expansion of muffler pipe by high temperature exhaust gas. It compensates the misalignment of exhaust converter, and prevents air pollution.
This flexible pipe is made of stainless steel 304 for the main parts and aluminized steel for collars on both ends, it consists of outside braid, middle double bellows and lined inside braid. The size of diameter and length can be produced as per client's requirements.
The collars on both ends will use aluminized steel or stainless steel 304 at buyer's request. We can produce flexible hose lined with inside braid, lined with inside interlock or nothing inside.
